校內停車 申請 Apply for a campus parking space

Hi, 

I have been wanting to ask if there's a parking license for me.

Though I am temp worker here, but I am still working here.

So by definition I shall have a parking space for the hours I worked, right?

I believe there are spaces for a bike in the parking lot of TMU.

Where can I get the licence of that? I will also consult the guard in the outpost.

A few days ago I got ticket right near the campus. It's hard to find a parking space sometimes. 

And it cost me 600 ntd for that ticket. Obviously I can not afford that much a everyday fine. 

It's reasonable that the worker of the campus got a parking space during his work hours.
